Child Outcomes Accountability Team Meeting

The charge of the Child Outcomes Accountability Team is to improve integration and coordination of early childhood public and private partners committed to the health and well-being of children and their families. The group will inform strategies and monitor progress toward Goal 1 of Vermont’s Early Childhood Action Plan: All children have a healthy start.

The July COAT agenda includes:
– Hear from Directors at Vermont Network on how domestic and sexual violence impacts young children and their families.
– Build a community of practice for ways to be trauma-informed and support children and families impacted by domestic and sexual violence.
– Identify gaps and connect the early childhood system to resources available via Vermont Network.
– Consider policy recommendations and ways to engage and collaborate over the next year.
