Susan Coburn, MPH, is a Policy Analyst with the Vermont Agency of Human Services, where she has been part of the Medicaid Policy Team since 2014. Her work focuses on policy development, analysis, and consultation across a range of areas with an emphasis on clinical services, and children’s health policies, including Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) under Medicaid.. Susan has served on Vermont’s Interagency Coordinating Council representing Medicaid since 2017. Susan brings expertise and commitment to Medicaid policy.
She holds a Master of Public Health from the Gillings School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina. In her free time, you can find her adventuring outdoors, sailing on Lake Champlain, or skiing and hiking in the mountains of Vermont.
