Goal 4 Committee Meeting (Early Childhood Workforce)

The focus of this committee is to monitor Vermont’s Early Childhood Strategic Plan Goal 4: All children are supported by a Well-Prepared, Well-Supported Early Childhood Workforce. Goal 4 meetings are composed of public and private partners who convene roughly two times a year to:

1. Monitor how the state is doing toward the priorities outlined in Goal 4
2. Identify barriers to progress including policy or funding gaps; and
3. Build connections across public and private partners to build a more integrated system.

The October meeting will feature a presentation of the 2026 Women, Work and Wages Report by Cary Brown, Executive Director of the Vermont Commission on Women.
