This group focuses on monitoring Goal 1 of Vermont’s Early Childhood Strategic Plan: All Children and Families Have Their Basic Needs Met. The Family Economic Security Group brings together public and private partners who meet one to two times a year to review data, assess progress, and advise on policy recommendations related to family economic security.
Meetings are not open to the public; however, those interested in this work are encouraged to contact the committee to learn more about opportunities to get involved. In addition to these meetings, Building Bright Futures will work closely with regional and statewide coalitions to track progress and emerging issues related to food security, housing, and economic stability.
