Broadband Access

Broadband access has long been a priority for Vermont. For context, 25/3 is only fast enough for one virtual meeting with video if there are no other devices running. Broadband access across the state varies and is largely aligned with population density, with higher-density areas having higher levels of access.

The chart below shows the percentage of building locations with speeds of 25/3 and 100/100 based on data from Vermont internet service providers.
