Jessica Vintinner serves as the Legislative Director for the Agency of Commerce and Community Development. From 2015-2017, she served as the Early Care and Learning Liaison on Governor Peter Shumlin’s executive staff, and Co-Chaired the 2016 Blue Ribbon Commission on Financing High Quality and Affordable Child Care.
With that strong foundation in child care and early learning systems, and her expertise in economic development, Jessica brings a holistic approach to creating policies that support working families, businesses and communities.
Jessica and her husband are raising their son Harrison, whose experiences continue to inspire her commitment to family-centered policy.
