DESCRIPTION:To get the Zoom link for this meeting\, please email Anna Brouillette. \n\n\n\nThis committee focuses on monitoring Goal 3 of Vermont’s Early Childhood Strategic Plan: All Children and Families Have Access to High-Quality Opportunities That Promote Child Development and Well-Being\, which centers on strengthening the integration\, accessibility\, and quality of early childhood services. The committee looks at services from the prenatal period through age 8\, with particular attention to alignment and best practices across child care\, early learning\, and early elementary education. \n\n\n\nMeetings are held virtually and are open to the public. The Early Learning and Development Committee brings together public and private partners—including early care and learning program leaders\, school administrators\, philanthropy partners\, advocates\, and state agency representatives—who meet regularly to review progress\, identify challenges\, and support coordinated system improvement for children and families.
