Children’s Integrated Service – Early Intervention (CIS-EI) provides a broad array of services such as speech and language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and other types of services to families with infants and toddlers identified with or who are at risk of a developmental delay, a disability, or a special health or medical condition. Target rates are set each year by the Office of Special Education Programs. Target rates for Vermont are as follows: 2020: 62%; 2021: 62%; 2022: 62.5%; 2023: 63%.
